That day I was very lucky with my little 17-50mm F2.8 Tamron lens, behind me they where photographers with their 300mm, 500mm, 100-400mm, 70-300mm lenses, I asked them if I can be in front of them closer to the owl perched at his tree because of my short focal length lens and they accepted, and this Great Gray Owl from his tree branch he took off and came just in front of me doing his hunting actions, I even zoomed less my lens because it was few meters in front of me, a magical moment.
